Work has started on Clydebank's new state of the art leisure Centre at the town's historic Queen's Quay. The new £22million four-story building is set to open in early 2017 and offers additional facilities currently available at the Play Dome. It will include: a 25-metre swimming pool, teaching pool, leisure pool with waves and flume; changing facilities, a café, multi-purpose sports hall with badminton, netball, basketball, hockey and five-a-side football courts and retractable seating, fitness suite, and dance studio.

Brankin in Scotland have successfully completed the new Malmaison Hotel in Dundee. The contracts was a very challenging project in design, high specification and tight programme. We completed the contract on time and provided a quality product and service.
Malmaison Hotel Dundee is a new 91 bedroom complex being built on the site of the old Tay Hotel, a listed city centre landmark building and forms part of the £1bn Dundee Central Waterfront Development.

In 2015 Belfast’s iconic Waterfront Hall expanded its conference, exhibition and banqueting space by 6,750m2 with a 29.5 million extension making Belfast one of the premium destinations for nation and international conferences.
When it opened its doors spring 2016 the additional facility integrated with the existing Waterfront Hall and the adjacent Hilton Hotel. Both of which remained fully operational throughout the construction period.
Working closely with our partners Brankin Engineering delivered a high quality installation throughout; servicing all the newly created facilities on time and to the end clients satisfaction.

Brankin Engineering were delighted to be associated with the construction of the 101 million Titanic Signature Building; later re-branded Titanic Belfast.
With the design concept of the new building being to replicate the hull of the original symbolic ship it was only through thorough planning, design, co-ordination and execution that the ventilation ductwork installation integrated with the varying slopes, angles and gradients of the buildings structure.
In recent years, work -life balance has been a growing issue and this has led to a boom in the number of leisure and recreation facilities for both private and public sector customers.
From swimming pools, to high-end spa facilities and even theatres, Brankin Engineering have carried out a significant number of projects in this area.
